Looking at these screenshots, the only difference between HL2 with and without CM10 is the way it looks. The game under it remains the same.

Does Killzone 2 have ANYTHING added to it when people play it? No... That is a full release game.As is HL2. The difference here is that KZ2's dev didn't allow the game to be modded.
