yes, the only thing you have to do is but in your old info.  Once you put in your username and password, you're back in busniess.  It very easy, my firend reformatted his HDD and got his stuff back.  I know I seen it, also I got my name back when I upgraded my HDD.

you should of just gotten a bigger harddrive from the store and replaced it.  Like I did, (-_-)

lol, I just went to Lowes and that set made it even worst, now they are striped.  What do I do now.

I would go with an external harddrive. I have a 250gb external harddrive made by Western Digital hooked up to my PS3. It cost me 100 bucks. Plus the 60gbs already in the PS3 I won't have to worry about space for a very long time.Mcortijo01

 

OMG, I was about to order now this guy got me thinking again.

How does this Partition Magic work, Wikipedia says its a program on XP but how do I plugin a Laptop HDD on my desktop, also i think 160 GB is big enough and I just found that  seagate momentus at newegg.com.  I hope I don't have to format that  thing since it is over 120 GB.

has anybody upgraded there 60GB HDD to anything higher because I'm planning on doing it also? I know that it takes a SATA model but was wondering what you guys put in it like how much GB? how much $? What brand name? Heck the name of the HDD? Thanks if you respond to this.
