Disgaeamad Blog

Dis Is Back? No way! Yeah, I Bet You All Loved It When I was Gone

I'm back, in black...or maybe I'm in red? You'll never know >__>

Anyways, what's up, everyone? I've had a good break this time, because now I'm all fired up to start back at The LOF and The LOZU. Guess I just needed a longer break. I done quite a few things, and Anime played a main part in my break.

I'm pretty sure at least one of you as heard of Azumanga Daioh!, apart from the people I told about it already over MSN :P Azumanga Daioh! is one of those Anime's that has no general plot, but this one is just down right funny and entertaining. I really can't explain what makes it so good, so I think it's best if you watched it, and then witnessed the awesomeness of it.

I was also introduced to the funniest AMV series ever made, named AMV Hell. I'm pretty sure most of you will know about this series, and if you haven't, then you're missing out on so much laughter. There are quite a few of them, and they can all be found at the official website (www.amvhell.com), but out of all of them, I'd have to say AMV Hell 3 is the best, lasting a whopping 70 minutes, but totally worth it. There is, one AMV Hell you must never watch, and that's AMV Hell 0; This one lasts 40 minutes, and every single 40 minutes of those are terrifying. Why are they terrifying? Let me say one thing: Hentai isn't nice. How would I know? I bared the wole 40 minutes, but that was a big mistake...I'm scarred for life now...

-sigh- I also 100 % beat the New Super Mario Bros. in a mere 20 hours, so I guess it was that short...Looks like I need to buy new games...a very large amount, for that matter.

Now, the worst part of this blog: School! :o *faints* School started back up yesterday for me, but I'm not bothered because I get a few days (and sometimes even a week) holiday every single month apart from November and the days we get off on official holidays.

And this comes to the conclusion of this blog that will one day be inscribed upon legendary books...>__> Ok, see you around!

One Age Higher - Wootness For Birthdays!

Go Ryan, it's ya birthday. We gonna party cause it's ya birthday.

Did I get that right? Anyways, one big uber 1337 wootness for me, because it's my birthday! Wanna know my age? It's lower than 15 and higher than 13. I bet you can't solve that one.

What did I get? A new cardboard box! I always wanted a new one, because my current one is all wet and crumbled because it's been raining when I was sleeping in the streets...>__> Ok, seriously, I got a Nintendo DS Lite and the New Super Mario Bros., all for £ 119! Still need to get more games though, like Advance Wars: Dual Strike, Trauma Center, Phoenix Wright and Metroid Prime: Hunters.

I wonder how many of my "friends" are reading this? Probably few, as usual -_-

In other news, I beat Chrono Trigger. It was such a great game, I loved it. The storyline is amazing, and the side-quests are really good as well, but Lavos had way too much HP....I had to use like 20 of that Triple Technique you get with Marle, Chrono and Frog...what's it's name again? And I beat it all in just 26 hours!

Also, as you noticed, I'm taking another break from Gamespot. Why? Because I feel like it, that's why. I'm also not going to be making updates for The LOF during this break, because I'm tired. I always make the updates, so it's someone else's turn to do so.

Sorry for not posting in anyone's blogs, I'll make up for it when I come back from this break.

And with that I'm out, see you all someday..or another...or maybe even the day after that? Who knows...<('-'< ) (>'-')>

Fate/Stay Night - The Anime For Me

First of all, I would like to thank Deadlyrain92 for introducing me to this Anime.

Second of all, there might be spoilers in this blog related to the Anime "Fate/Stay Night".

I bet you're all thinking things like "Hell must've frozen over, he isn't a Shaman King fanatic anymore". Well, you must be right, but that's irrelevant.

Fate/Stay night tells about the happenings of a secret war, set in Fuyuki City and involving 7 magicians, called Masters and the heroic spirits they're able to summon and make a pact with, or well the Servants. This conflict implies the victory of only one Master who's able to realize one true wish through the Holy Grail. The war is going to start pretty soon, involving many changes in the life of Emiya Shirou, the main protagonist of the story.

I won't go into the story much, because it would kind of spoil it. The Anime spans 24 episodes, the final one being aired June 18th, 2006. How they manage to develop both the story and the characters in just 24 episodes is just amazing, and they do it perfectly as well. What's also amazing about it is that they manage to produce a love story that's flawless.

The music in it is well...what can I say? I've used flawless already, and nothing much else can represent how good the music is. It's composed so well, and it influences a lot of battles that take place.

The fight scenes in it...I think I'll take a quote from darkandroid here:  "The fight scenes are very well done, and they feel like they are from Anime movies". He's pretty much right, and if you watch the Anime, you'll see that it's the truth.

What else? Oh yeah! The character depth, it was just...flawless (this has like..totally not been overused  ). They develop the characters perfectly, and if you're really into it, you get the feeling that you're connected to them, as someone over at Dies Archer (a Fate/Stay Night fansite) said.

Well, I get the feeling I talked too much, so I'll provide you guys and gals with a link on where to Download the episodes: Clicky! (it's legal, just so you know)

As you can also see, I've replaced all my Shaman King images with Fate/Stay Night images, and now I'm just missing a Banner, Sig and Blog header, although I don't want to make them because they would be of bad quality...so I'll just wait until I get better at Photoshop ~_^

Hope you all watch, and hopefully enjoy it!

OMGAH! I Can Bag You With Teh Super Bagz!

"teh w00tz0rz! i ma teh lvel 23! i r graetets gyu no gs!!!" ~ People who believe Levels make you cool

Ok, yeah, Level 23. Why am I blogging about this? Because I'm bored, that's why. Here's a description of Level 23:

Level 23 - Super Bagman - An arcade game developed by Stern in 1984, in which you played as an escaped convict collecting bags of money from a mine.

Meaning I'm an escaped convict! Go me! :P

Right, no more talking about levels. I'll let you guys see 2 sigs I made, one old, and one new:

Old sig:

New sig:

Also, I kinda went Mario crazy and I bought Mario Bros (NES), Super Mario Bros. (NES), Super Mario Bros 2 (NES) and Super Mario Bros 3 (NES)

I reached the 3rd world in Super Mario Bros. 3, and it's beena  lot of fun.

Super Mario Bros. 2 is ok, I guess. Not as good as Super Matio Bros. 1 or 3, but still enjoyable nonetheless.

Meh, I got nothing else to talk about, so...talk to you guys and gals later!

God Has Returned

Why did I say God? Well, because I am God, and you can't do anything about it, so be quiet and just bow.

Well, I finally returned to Gamespot for some mega posting, and I'm in the mood for it as well. I bet you all missed me, right? :P

So, what have I been doing, you ask. Well, I had a life for a week (:o shock! horror! :o), meaning I went out. I also played some Disgaea and watched a bit of Anime, but mostly it's been me out with my friends (yes, I DO have friends).

So, did I miss anything good? Any noob killings? No? Awww :( Killing noobs is: The.Best.Thing.Evar

Speaking of people like noobs, I now have a total of 133 stalkers! My god am I popular...or is it that they think I'm an easy target? Doesn't matter, if anything happens I'll just ChuckNorrown them..>__>

Speaking of being owned, I'll be uploading a vid with Bill Gates self-owning himself, suck it in, MS fanboys.

Speaking of fanboys (yes, I am waffling), have we any here? If so, then GTFO! :P Just kidding. I'm not a fanboy, I'm actually a Manticore, seeing as I own many different consoles, and I do the occassional PC Gaming (mostly some C&C).

Anyways, I've typed enough, and I doubt you're all going to read the whole thing, so I'll just leave you with some Midgar Zolom ownage (thanks to Somegamer for showing me it):

Going To Be Taking A Week Or So Break From Gamespot

teh f00k?1 disgaemand is nt cuming on gs?!

Yes people, it's true, I, no life Dis, shall be taking a semi-break from Gamespot for a week or so. What I mean by semi-break, is that I will onl come on to make updates for The Legend of Fantasy, seeing as I do not wish to see it's standards drop because of missing out any good news, or for anyone to think it's died.

I've been losing interest in Gamespot somewhat, and I decided that a break could help regain that interest, but who knows.

What am I going to do during my break? I dunno...go out, watch some Anime, eat a lot of pie, etc. Speaking of Anime, I got somewhat addicted to Naruto, but you can't blame me, it has such a great story, and we all know that I'm a sucker for a good story.

[Begin speach on Naruto]

*Spoilers ahead, dattebayo*

Although the start of it is somewhat boring, it gets interesting after a while, especially at Episode 12, which is the start of the Zabuza and Haku arc.

Then, episode 18 came along, and boy was I surprised, you didn't expect Sasuke to die...well, supposedly die. That's when I got the feeling of sadness, and Sakura's words didn't really help either. Then, Haku got killed by sacrificing himself for Zabuza, which was sad as well.

Edit: Dammit, I forgot Haku was a boy...>_>

I think you get it, and yes, I was pretty close to sheding a tear over it, but if you saw it as well, you'll know what I mean.

Then came the end of the Chuunin exams, when the Third Hokage died, and the sad music had to play, with everyone crying...curse them, making me get sad as well! Curse them!

Anyways, yeah, I got sad over an Anime, but, don't judge me, I'm a 13 year old, ok? Ok?! :p

[End Naruto rant]

Well, I'll see you guys and gals in a week or so, dattebayo.

A Blog That's Not About Games? Teh Shockz0rz!

Yeah, the titles of my blogs suck, but what are you, the lowly peasants of this page going to do about it? Nothing, that's what :P

Anyways, I recently..."purchased" Photoshop *cough* and it's been going well so far.

My first sig:

Kind simple, really, I cut out a render, put it on a background, then used some effects.  My first sig, ok? Don't judge me.

My second sig:

This one was somewhat harder. I just put the render there, brushed around the sig, made a new layer and brushed with a different colour, added quite a few effects, duplicated some layers, etc. Took me some time to do, but people like it, so yay for me.

I created another 3 sigs, but they were created by using a tutorial, so I don;t really count them as part of the list.

Gunstar Heroes - A True Classic

Hopefully most of you aren't so damn insane that you've never heard of Gunstar Heroes. I'm not, and I feel very lucky to have played Gunstar Heroes, my favourite game on the Genesis (Or Megadrive), and ranking in my top 10 favourite games.

It's been so long since I played the game...and so long since I last looked at the box, but after watching a speed run (which, unfortunetly I can't upload onto Gamespot) of it, apassion was rekindled within me: the passion to play the game.

Now, I start that endless, dangerous search through the dustiest, oldest and darkest parts of my house, in hopes of finding the Genesis that once accepted Gunstar Heroes with open arms (well, it had no choice, or it would have been trashed straight away). Wish me luck, though, because this won't be a safe journey, because remnants of the old days of my life will try to impede my way, the "old games"... dun dun duuuuunnnnn!

Yeah, lame attempt at trying to be remotely interesting, but I'm sure you're all asking yourselfs the same question: 'What the hell is this kid doing, writing this lame blog at 3:08 am?!'
The answer would simply be this: 'I'm bored, not tired and it's the summer holidays'.

Anywho, hopefully I can find that Genesis and manage to find Gunstar Heroes while I'm at it.

"Remember kids, the most important thing in life isn't love, kindness or any of that crap, it's pie."

Hey lookie, my own quote!

Enter The Store - Begin The Spree

Today marks the start of my SNES spree, and I started off with some games I thought would be just perfect:

Chrono Trigger (Oh yeah, baby!)
Secret of Mana
Tales of Phantasia
Star Ocean
Final Fantasy VI (Hell yes!)

Out of all of them, I've only played Secret of Mana, and it's quite a good game. I'm planning on playing either Star Ocean or Final Fantasy VI next, although Chrono Trigger seems to be telling me to play it...hmm

So, it's time for some reccomendations, people! Thanks for your help :)

From the S to the U to the M...Ah Screw It: Summer Holidays!!

Finally, after a long wait, summer holidays have arrived! I'm so glad, because now I can get many many things done for The Legend of Fantasy, and I can get the time to go back to The Legend of Zelda Union and fulfill my duty as an Officer.

I'm also going to begin my SNES spree now, since I have the time to do so.

I'll also be going to Spain for 2 weeks, with some bad luck: I'll be back to using Dial-Up for those 2 weeks >_<

Anyways, time to catch up on a lot of things, so see you all later!
