I'm predicting an average to good score (6 or maybe 7/10).
Access (bait) to the game a week earlier is a dodgy tactic (brilliant from EA's perspective). Perfect presentation and very little depth wants to make people buy it before the reviews come out... We shall wait.
I have only just started playing it myself. I've grounded myself a bit in my expectations (i.e. I don't expect it to beat Witcher 3 as GOTY) and I think I'm in for a lot of fun and a very enjoyable experience anyway.
MS needed this... Coming out at the same day as a Fallout game is never good for sales.
These reviews mean more people might get it, but releasing now is still a stupid idea.
Personally, as I didn't enjoy the 1st one (too generic, qte, uninspiring) I am sceptical from all the reviews/gameplay videos that it won't appeal to me. User reviews are the way to go.
No, I DO get my hopes up, because this means that the Elder Scrolls staff are getting familiar with Xbox One and PS4, which only leads to one most likely conclusion:
They will soon start creating the next Elder Scrolls game!!!
