k , what do people play on xbl ?? according to statistics halo 2 & graw are most popular , 2 shooters ..sorry to burst your bubble but as far as shooters and the fps genre goes PC kills the xbox 360 , now that halo 2 is finally coming to pc , i now have reason to trade in my copy in which i purchased back in nov 09 2004 ,graw on the other hand i purchased for PC not because of the XBL fee , but because these type of shooters are best played w/ a mouse and keyboard ..
to answer your question i have an xbox 360 w/ PD0,PGR3,FAR CRY predator,Ridge Racer 6,Oblivion, Gears of War and im currently enjoying my 1 month old wii console w/ LoZ :TP.
So, when you got your 360, did you dis-continue your account?i transferred it
Then you got to see what Xbox Live had to offer. It has so much stuff on there. Your subscription fee goes toward all of the other FREE content on there, like demos, videos, and all that jazz.my PS3 also downloads demo's & videos and it's free
how often does the PS3 get demos though? Not often enough. Demos are always coming out on the marketplace becasue MS can afford to get them on there. And going back to the original talk, with Live, you really do get what you pay for. I mean, It's basically a Looney and a quarter per week, right?keep in mind that PSN network just started and it can only get better
BTW....keep in mind that to play Halo 2 on the PC.....you are going to have to use Windows Live service. Good news for you is....if you still have your 360 LIVE serivice you will have access to Windows Live as well. And not trying to say you do play WOW on the PC, but ANYONE who plays & pays a monthly for MMO game can talk ZERO trash about LIVE as they are paying well over $50 a year for ONE game. That said...PC online will probably always be better IMO for the simple fact that you can get access to a bunch of cool mods for most of the games that are "free" online.
