You can either use a bunch of adapters which you can't buy anymore, or if you have an internet service provider where you can login to their site and limit your speed to dial up (or slower), or if you have a old network card and a new network card at the same time, i suppose you could set up a proxy where the internet comes on through the old one and goes out the new one.
