well its Exam time coming up, not to mention i need to finish the new Page 5 Productions video. im in the editing part now. but the moral of this story is i might not be on alot for the next two weeks do to Exams and Editing.

so i well see you guys when i get back... or if i have time during who knows

on Dec 31st along side The 8th episode of Umineko no Naku Koro ni Chiru 07th expansion also released a fighting game base in the umineko world that takes place between Episode 7 and 8 as a fan of the since it started of corse i had this game within days of its release. and then after the instal i jump right into the game. as you can see in the image below

normaly i dont import games unless there fighters. so this was no exception, but the good thing about this game was the fact that the main menu and most everything in combat is in english. only online mode and the Options are in Japanese. but they are easy enough to work out yourselves. and its non-cannon so no need to worry about the story for now

but there was one thing that upset me. that was that there was only 10 characters you could use in this fighting game. out of all the great many characters that they could use only ten where picked leaving out Erika, Dlanor and Willard three charcaters i feel would have been great to play as. but luckly if you look at the main menu you see a Version # meaning we can hope there will be new charcaters to come

So after i was srewing around with VS againts the CPU i final found the charcters that i am good with

1. Lucifer
2. Virgilia
3. Kanon

so after getting the hang of them and some of there moves. well the ones i can pull of easly with just my keyboard i entered Arcade mode on Easy(later i foundout you dontget endding on easy) with my team of Lucifer and Virgilia and i started off on the game, and let me saty. its an intersting thing to screen shot in a fighting game you cant pause. well without a controler anyways.

Lucifer/Virgila vs Ange/Shannon: i would have to say that the gameplay is really fast paced and fun and it last for some time do to the large health bar of Green/Yellow/Red so if your not using a controler make sure you have some time set aside. in this clip is used Lucifer's attack where she turns into a stake and strikes. but sadly Shannon blocked my attack with a serving plate

Lucifer / Virlgilla VS Kanon / Lucifer this has to be one of my favriote screen shots because of the timeing where i got Kanon be charrged by Virgilla's Servents. you can spot Kanon by his Blue Block Marker

VS Ange/Lucifer and again i was off to fight these two in arcade mode. and this is the only map where you get to see the other charcaters but if you are using a character the stands on the map the will not show up there. hence Virgilla should be next to battler but since im using her she is not there.

After Beatrice/Virgilla battle: each round has a text moment before and after a round. but its in japanese so if you can read it you need to wait till a patch comes out. if there is one.

and then once i have beat the last round on easy i get the final screen. not text or credits just stright to this

yay i got gold. so after this i desided to go try it on normal so i picked Lucifer and Cheiesta 410 (renamed for this game) and instead got this ending

this time i got text and credits.

aside from game play the voices are by the orignal cast of the anime and all the BGMs are from the V-novel itself so you will know all the tunes if you played the game.

so over all its a really fun game that will remind you of Mealty Blood, and alittle of GG and BB. but that might be because Battlers Sprite looks like Slayer abit :P

So you should get this game if you like fighters or are a fan of the V-Novel
