@Thanatos2k @anvilone @de-astroturfer @Dreamcast86 Offcourse they won`t come out and say: "Yeeeeah it was just limited demo sharing". We actully wanted to screw you over even more.
@anvilone @de-astroturfer @Dreamcast86 I see no reason why the developers should opt-in on this. As I said, sharing discs have disadvantages, and thats a good thing. Even if you have the ability to sell and buy used games, you should do it as less as possible. Having ownership over games is good, but that doesnt mean we should go crazy with sharing.
Even if the Xbox One is working offline, trust me... Microsoft`s vision remains the same. They will probably pull some always online bullshit in all their 1st party games. "Bla bla bla, it`s only possible while connected to the cloud, bla bla bla".
Even if Microsoft didnt pull all this bullshit. Lets say there never was any DRM. Why would I pay more money for a huge VCR that is less powerfull and forces me to use a camera I don`t even want?
Even if Microsoft brought back the "Digital Sharing", what makes them think that the game developers and publishers will accept this? There are many disadvantages by lending games physically to eachother, and thats a good thing. If people could share games online with one click, why bother to even buy games in the first place? If you have enough people on your friends list, you probably never have to buy games again.
