Seriously... it may sound like a big ol' whiney sheeps tale, but with all my working I've been doing to sustain me wee lil bills and expenses (mostly my drinking habits) I hardly ever get the genuine chance to sit down and get my game on. Kinda blows ass I must say!
Yea, I have a DS and it was a wise investment no doubt because now I have something to mix on while on the go plus down time has never been better. Not many books have crossed my path since the DS, but those will always be there which is the same as games... but nothing beats being some of the 1st to play something new within the entertainment world and know everything about it before the masses do.

With some small things shifting in my life at the present time like new job oppertunities, possible moving situations, changing schools, career decisions and so forth... I've been thinking of doing something a tad bit different. Besides being a lame ass and spending more time over the net than I truly need to, I've been really thinking of doing some game reviews of my own. Not that there isn't more than enough people out there rating and critizing games as it is, but I figure why not improve my writing skills and speak about something I know and enjoy. Seems very reasonable, and in its own lil secretive way this may be just the thing I need to fuel my dwindling gaming habit. All in all I need something to bide me over at least until Gears of War hits :P 

Thanks to the power of putting my online monthly bill to good purpose, I've been downloading tons of vids and demos from Live which is simply awesome cause its helped me decided on what games to rent and avoid.
Not like I can't make a good call on my own, but in all respects what better service to present to Xbox users than a setup where everything can be sampled plus viewed before purchases are ever made. Genius I must say...

Besides being a super geek, I got work soon and even tho NBA Live 07 just hit recently and everyone is talking mixed feelings on it, I got no choice but to continue to boast about NBA 2k7. I haven't won a game yet, but I suppose thats what I get for puttin the Ai on hard... my curse... but my joy quickly kicks in when I realize this is money well spent! Madden wasn't doing the trick for me. I like having that hit stick around so I can smash a few unlucky players here and there, but nothing beats a 2K game, visually and definently gameplay wise.

I really wish there was a football game by the 2K guys... 2010 is not that far away when I really think about it, so what I can I play in the mean time besides sucky ass Madden??

So it has finally happend. Like the Xbox before it I went thru hours of entertainment such as movies, games, music and the such before ever having any issues with my machine. Now the 360 shows a dent in its shiny armor and as greatful as I am that its nothing as serious as say others who see the red ring of doom or simply have faulty 360's altogether, I'll count my blessings when the year ends.
At least by that time if I go without any more game freezes or over heating I'll know that its just me pushing the box and nothing more. Now... time for the extra extreme testing to begin!!
