I rented LoZ: TP on the Wii and enjoy playing it. The story is great and the gameplay is really fun. The problem is that the Wii is located in the front room of my house and I've pretty much been hogging up the gaming in my house while playing TP.

I'm thinking about buying this game for the Gamecube. Since moving the Wii into my room is pretty much out of the question, finishing the game on the GC with no interruptions seems like the best way to go.

So, what are the differences?

Pricing = no difference $49.99(new) and $44.99(used) for each

Gameplay =Controls are completely different, but the switch to the GC gamepad won't bother me.

Graphics = the screenshots look identical! are they? Will the difference in graphics temp me to buy this game for the Wii?

Honestly I think I just got an unlucky controller, but I spoke to Target (where I bought it) they told me to bring the whole system in and they will swap it for a new one. Can't ask for anything more than that. Pain in the neck to disconnect everything and all that. But it beats waiting for MS to get around to shipping me a new one.staticjedi1025

I was just about to ask how long ago you bought it and that it's probably easier to just exchange it with the retailer.

Good thing I read the whole thread before posting... haha.

Have mine paid off at EB, just gotta pick it up. I'm not a fan of the turn-based RPG games, but my son loved the demo.

My new rig is starting to come together nicely. I've been mainly playing FPSs, but I want to try out an RTS game and I'm quite new to the genre.

I've been on the fence between Universe at War or World in Conflict. Has anyone heard which one will be more newb friendly? I think I read somewhere that WIC will have a better feel for an FPS gamer.

I downgraded my pre-order to the Limited. It's only $10 more than the basic and you get a decent looking case and some bonus stuff.

I pre-order my games at Gamestop, but only if you get a "BONUS" freebie with it. For example:
