a. You need nowhere near that much for a self-built PC.
b. Do Not by from Ebay, especially not motherboards or Video Cards. Punkbuster...an Anti Cheat Program...bans by Guid Numbers....So theres is a chance that a part over Ebay might have already been baned, and wont work in certain online games.
C. There is a forum just for this its the "PC hardware" forum

Didn't know PUnkbuster bans by those numbers. Smart, but could spell trouble for resale market. Also, you know people who have been punkbusted will be offloading their cards and mb's on the resale market asap. very interesting info.
[QUOTE="Shadow_op"]I'm getting it in a day or two and I wanted your opinions.
My uncle, a huge gamer, says it's better the CSS.
Thoughts?

Beware. On many servers the people have been playing an long time, and you will get waxed a lot. Try to find a demo server to start out with in TDM.
Yes, you can play on demo servers with the full game.

Blizzard really puts tons of resources into their single player campaign cutscenes in Starcraft, if you haven't already played that-- lot of value their for 10 bux or so, it's so old.
Of course, multiplayer destroyes single in any RTS.
C&C 3 if u want action ...supcom is so slow and just keep slowing down as the game go it just take for ever to play one online game and unit are ordinary..for CoH its an awsome game but far from a conventional RTS u have to capture points on the map in order to build realy anoying and C&C3 is jsut perfect and online is so freaken hard and challengingnerdriot
Sup Comm will get slow on big maps, when hundreds of units are in play, unless you have a fast dual core cpu... but that is because it can get much bigger than the others. You can play on smaller maps, at your option. I would say they are all three great games, in different ways... sup commander is great for the massiveness of the game-- the sky is the limit, and some people actually like long battles that are truly massive in scale. C&C3 and CoH are perhaps faster paced, and much smaller scale. I really like the resource management and size of sup commander, but the visuals are better on C&C3 and CoH. really, in a perfect world you will have all 3.
