@StonerDemon Won't most gamers prefer to play the next-gen versions of games? Why play the current gen ones? I know I won't.

Why buy a PS3 for $300 when the PS4 is $400? With a $100 price difference, everyone's gonna want a PS4. People without a PS3 will ignore it if it's still $300.

So what happens when you swap in a new HDD?

@WereCatf @Emerald_Scott Well, that's a surprise. I guess everyone is different. They've never taken me out of immersion before, but I guess I can imagine it ruining a very tense moment.

What I might not appreciate are trophies that you earn just for playing the game e.g. completing a level, defeating a boss and so on.

@mexetudo13 Over the past few years, these firmware updates have seemed meaningless. It has always been to "improve system stability" among adding minor or even irrelevant features. It wasn't like back in 2008/9.

Correct me if I'm wrong, though.

Why even decide to disable it in the first place? I love the chime that comes with the trophy notifications. :< Good thing disabling it is optional.

@ogrynn Correct me if I'm wrong but this has to have been the best E3 so far. That said, I didn't follow E3 2005. That was when the PS3 and 360 were announced, right? It must've been epic still.
