How can one man have more sense than the collective minds of a whole company? This is what I was thinking the whole time -- they weren't showing the reasons why always-on isn't a bad thing. I personally don't like the policy, but at least they could've tried to show consumers the reasons why what they are going for is a good thing. But I can't see the 24-hour check-ins being a good thing anyway.
Still, they should've tried instead of making arrogant assumptions that gamers are loving their approach.
Microsoft, hire this man and fire the ones who came up with their policies and decisions!
I rejected those alternatives; instead, I chose something different. I chose the possible. I chose... PlayStation 4. A console where the consumer would not fear the sensor, where the smart ones would not be bound by petty intricacies; where the great would not be constrained by the small! And with a few 100 bucks from your wallet, the PS4 can become your console as well.
I LOVE how Danny keeps trying to get an opinion out of his interviewees on Microsoft's stance on gaming. XD I'm sure he just wants one of these devs to criticise them thoroughly.
