@Mr_Mark_Legion @Yulaw2000 Yeah, it's ironic. We're living in a world where it seems to be more of a priority to hunt down pirates than take down thugs, rapists and murderers.

@Warful"Naughty Dog, you were the chosen one! It was said that you would destroy the Sith (EA), not join them, bring balance to the Force (gaming industry), not leave it in darkness."

@WingChopMasta It's not a question of money, it's a question of principle. What if the next-gen consoles required a constant internet connection? Would you still defend them by saying their designers worked so hard to make them and we shouldn't complain?

Any DLC that is made post-release is okay, but pre-release? No. Because it was stuff that they had the time to include in the final game especially light stuff like this. However, if it were a story arc that couldn't have been completed on time and was then instead removed to become post-release DLC, then that would be a different story.

In short, Day-1 DLC is a no-no.

@jdc6305 Perhaps on the bright side, it has made some of us more careful and we can easily tell when something is a rip off and when it's not.

@WantYouBad @Emerald_Scott @deershadow Yeah, you're right. I guess I got confused there. What I meant to say was that it's like a troll message to those who bought the game on day one. Therefore, I guess it's more accurate to say that the standard edition is indeed the trolled edition.

@jawslover @Emerald_Scott @deershadow Perhaps, but I'm a very patient guy. You have to admit, those who wait for the complete, ultimate, legendary, game of the year editions get the better end of the deal.

@deershadow When they are done making you pay for all the other DLC separately and probably laughing all the way to the bank. To be honest, I think GotY editions should be called "Trolled Edition."

Up to now, I still haven't yet played Skyrim. I wasn't willing to fall for it again after I did with Arkham City.

@Joeguy00 @WantYouBad While piracy is not the way, you have to admit that these practices we're seeing in the gaming industry have gone too far.

@WantYouBad @HonorOfGod There will be one. Thank goodness for no commentary playthroughs.

@HonorOfGod Lol, yeah. Actually, I was wondering the other day: is there much of a difference between piracy and watching playthroughs on YouTube? Not that I'm trying to get at something here, but I've watched cutscenes or "movies" of games that I wasn't willing to buy for various reasons, and so I was wondering if playthroughs are kind of like piracy, if you get what I'm tryna say.
