Yeah, I considered Jecht the final boss. The others afterwards I just considered 'story bosses' where you can't lose. Hey, I thought it was a good deal. Every other 'story boss' its a battle where YOU can't win, no matter what. At least they finally gave us some revenge. XD

Actually I was more surprised by how easy Ultima and Omega weapon was in FFX. I never really power leveled in any RPG, but in FFX it really wasn't hard. Just level up awhile in the Omega Ruins and your good to go. I kind of power leveled by accident really. But with going through the Ruins, by the time I got to Omega, I killed him in the first round no problem. I guess I could be thankful that he wasn't FFVIII Omega Weapon. But some challenge would have been appreciated.

Also as said earlier, the max damage bothered me more in X than any other FF. Like I said, it was really easy to power level, so eventually it was pointless to use Overdrives. Especially for summons like Bahamut or Anima, since their normal attack did max damage. The overdrive really just hurt me by the end, since it did the same amount of damage, except it slowed me down, giving the enemy a few turns to smack me around. Of course, I didn't have the International version, so no dark aeon's or Penance which meant...pretty much nothing slapped me around. Ever. XD

Edit: ^ You forgot basic grammar up there mike. Oh well, get all sorts on this site, I guess I like comma's and punctuation marks. To each his own. XD

Well no one knows me, that's for sure! Haha, hello, I'm new. Been a member for a year, but just recently decided to attempt at being social. Feel free to call me Exire, I'm sure a lot of people have longer usernames than they intend with the 100 million members gamespot has XD. Well, that might be a slight over estimate. Anyway, I have all of the FF's and love them all...except III because it was released on the DS. I sound very calm but when I first heard I was full of fierce rage. All the old ones put on the GBA. Only one FF left and they...put it on the DS. Sometimes I hate SE.

Anyway, I hope to get to know some people. Try and be nice to the new guy. Oh yeah, my favorite FF is VIII. I've been arguing about FF titles on forums for four years, I'm tired of having the same debate so don't try and get me wriled up. I'm too old and bitter to bother with it anymore XD. See everyone around. ^^

Granted I'm more interested in the story in Versus, but I'd much prefer to see XIII come out soon anyway. Also, saying that the Versus developers don't have anything to do, so they shine with helping XIII doesn't make sense. Game designing takes a lot of time and a game isn't done until its done. Unless the directors are the same...hard to say, I don't keep track of many technicalities. I get irked that SE likes to announce their games two years before they even bother releasing them anywhere. Then again, maybe that's the fandom so senseless information ends up getting in my head anyway. Also rather irksome that Nomura does more than just design characters. He's done enough with all the belts and zippers, gah.

Perhaps if you are a patient person with a Wii you can wait around for the online store to come in stock with a game you want so you can download it. I imagine Zelda games would become downloadable eventually, unless they are only doing older games from earlier consoles. I don't have a Wii myself so I'm not sure. But that could also take quite awhile, but would probably be cheaper to buy that way. Unless again, there is a monthly payment issue.

I've played the two of them and have found them both really funny. I like the two seperately for different reasons. I loved the N64 one with Peach trapped in Bowsers castle and she had to bake a cake or something like that, found it hilarious. Also loved a part in the second one where you get to control Bowser and go through an old school NES Mario world level, awesome. I haven't gotten terribly far in the GC Mario but so far I'm really enjoying it. But like others have said, its up to a persons interpretation and opinion. I sort of would have liked to be a fan of Kingdom Hearts since a lot of the people I talk to online love it. But I can't change my opinion that I think its overrated and dumb. Just the way it is, so there isn't anything wrong with you, trust your feelings.

FFXII is good, its just different from the other FF's. That's not some crazed fanboy talking either. But I do understand how the political atmosphere may be off putting to a lot of FF fans. As for other overrated games, I would say Kingdom Hearts. I really don't care what you do or say about it, put a robe on him, make him glare, it doesn't matter. You cannot make Mickey Mouse cool, just stop.

Sometimes you can catch some luck on ebay, but I personally don't use them. I just have a strange fear of bidding at that place. I buy older games on amazon most of the time, they're almost always in excellent condition, maybe missing a manual but no big deal. The prices are usually pretty fair and inexpensive. Depends which place you like more, though if you get a game directly from amazon, you know its more reliable than from some joe off the internet street.

I sort of feel that I will always have some interest in video games. They are pleasing to the eye and fun to play. Moderation is really a big thing. I used to play them 24/7 over the summer, but I pretty much lost any tan that I had and forgot about a lot of other important things in my life. It was pretty stupid in retrospect, but playing games I know I will like when I have some time and am in the mood to play them is good. Some people just don't care about games much as they go through a different part in their life but I feel as a young adult its always fun to play some fighting or action games when you have friends over.

I also really enjoyed the movie, I'll probably end up watching the second one eventually. With Bruce Willis on board again it certainly keeps me interested. As for the game, I really hope it turns out decent. If Frank Miller is more heavily involved with creating a story and keeping the game relevant to how Frank wants it, it could turn out really good. But I am afraid it could turn into being thought of as mediocre. Just have to wait and see I suppose.
