So many delusions and butt-hurt comments from Sony over their failing portable market when they themselves were to blame. Last time I checked, Nintendo wasn't having any trouble selling portables outside of Asia.
We've heard this same crap from countless directors when they try to adapt something into a movie, and video game-to-movie adaptions have the worst record of success. At best, there have been a few decent films that at least respected the source material and were watchable.
He might be right on a lot of things he said, but it obviously takes much more than that to make a good movie based on video games or else we'd have a sea of great adaptions already. He can talk trash all he wants. We know how this will end up.
I'm seeing a lot of butt-hurt sony and PC fanboys in the comment section...again. And they are making even less sense than before. I guess that's to be expected every time Xbox offers it's gamers more options.
So they are doing the same business model that put Fortnite in hot water. Doesn't sound too enticing to me. Besides, Monster Hunter is the real deal for this genre and I wouldn't be playing Dauntless once MH came out.
As far as action games like this go, I think I'll just get Dragon's Dogma for X1 and let that hold me over until MH and Anthem come out.
@7tizz: I played this title the same time as Zelda: Twilight Princess since they came out around the same time. Okami was far superior and way more original. If you like adventure games with good action, puzzles, and secrets, then Okami is a must-have.
Back when Netflix was brand new and people were sick of cable's BS, people were calling the concept of streaming services to be the greatest thing ever. It was supposed to be a new golden age for content.
Nowadays, it's starting to look like streaming services will end up being the new evil. How the times have changed...
