It's just really too bad though. HD gaming is just too expensive and gamers demanding that type of quality is making development too expensive in other projects. That's why Silent Hill 5 suffered. Too much was spent on MGS4 that they had to budget a smaller amount for their other games.

Hmmm....didn't peg you as a Silent Hill guy, I dig Siren, but SH is my fave. Siren is also on PS2, which if you have one, was pretty cool. Scary, but a bit more puzzles. (You can channel the Zombies, and see what they see, kinda wild.)

Siren 1 on PS2 was utter garbage and so broken to the point of can't playing it. the story was just exscaping using random people every time, no story what so ever. Hated it, IMO.

the PS3 version, DEMO atleast was MUCH better.

720P is true HD. (Many current gen games do it NATIVE)

1080p is FULL HD. (very few games do it native)

and with some doing sub-HD, but barley noticable due to a small difference (640p)

I think the TC wants us to convince him. He knows it deep down, but he needs that extra convincing, or he just loves the fact that it is...could be that. OR i don't know what i'm talking about. Meh

as for the pic, looks like a mess.

I think the 360 is a clear winner, IMO.

its cheaper, dev friendlier and has equal hardware strength (if not better, thanks to the GPU) INLCUDING the most important factor MORE GOOD GAMES. and small bonuses (live/360 controller)

I find it even more attractive for the fact that its been out longer and has just as good hardware/graphics as the PS3, knowing all the crap Sony said regarding the PS3.

360 just seems more purely for gaming.

Honestly if it wasn't for the RROD problems, the console IMO would be almost perfect for its generation.

That being said, the PS3 is also a great console, still early to say much, anyways...wait and see.
