Ok, so, my parents have confirmed that they wont buy me a PS3 for Xmas but my Bday is coming up pretty soon and I expect to get about $200. I try to convince my brother to pay the rest but he says theres no need for one because we already have a 360 (is it bad that I want one?). But he says he has no clue what kind of exclusives they have.

What PS3 Exclusives should I bribe my brother with? He says his favorite are RPG, FPS, and Adventure.

PS What other things should I say to convince him?

I was thinking, do you think I could run 'Games for Windows' games on my Macbook Pro. I would just run Boot Camp (do you have to pay to get OS?). Just one question though, does it slow down your computer? And could I actually pull this off?

If you know, your help would be appreciated. :)

Great Thread. I was just gonna make one asking why there isnt one lol.

How well could my computer run games?

-Windows XP
-Intel Core 2 6400 @ 2.13GHz (2 CPUs)
-1024mb RAM
-RADEON X1600 Series 512.0 MB (Im not sure whether its Dedicated or integrated)
-SoundMAX HD Audio

What needs upgrading or would buying a new computer be more practical?

Would The 'Cyberpower Gamer Xtreme 3000' run demanding games at high settings/fps?

Well, at the moment, my household is doing some computer switchups and the Computer we plan to use for gaming says (what "System Properties" says):

"System:

Microsoft WIndows XP

MEdia Center Edition

Version 2002

Service Pack 3"

"Computer:

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU

6400 @ 2.12GHz

2.13 GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM

Physical Address Extension"

Im not sure what (or how to find, for that matter) the video card is.

What needs to be upgraded? I want to run demanding games at high fps/settings. Suggestions? Would the expense of upgrade overdo the expense of replacement?

Thanks
