Here are a whole bunch to sift through. Remember that not all of them come with a PSU if you are looking for one. I haven't tested all of these either, I mearly looked at specs and pics.

Strange. It should have asked you to create a profile, though it was about 4AM when I installed Vista on my machine...

This looks like a version of XP that someone whipped up. It's not official

The 8800 GTS 320MB is being discontinued with the release of the GT. Common sense says the prices will fall on the cards around it's performance range, being the GTS and GTX. As for the performance, there is a UT3 demo benchmark floating around that placed it very close to the GTX, but it was done at 12x10 without AA or AF. I'd wait for more benchmarks before confirming it's performance.

Driver support for 64bit isn't too bad anymore. Most people I've heard from are having no troubles atm. You should be just fine. :) You can always download updated drivers from the part manufacturer's website anyways.

I'm pretty sure the differences between the two will be small enough for it to not matter. Go with whichever you please. :)

alright thanks for the save, i decided on getting this http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/productDetail.do?oid=175102 but i am not sure about the monitor, i dont want to spend over 200 on it. what resolution should i look for?

legacy72

I have this card in the 640MB version. Works perfectly for those on a budget. :) Swap the 8500 for this and you should be ready to go, but you should get a new power supply. 550W I'm thinking. (450W in your current build?)

You can also ditch the 4GB of RAM for 2GB, as it should be just fine for gaming. Unless you are using a 64bit OS, you won't get all 4GB out of it anyways.

The Sempron proc might also be too little. A dual core with help alot with gaming both now and in the future.

Am I thinking too powerful for you maybe? I'm not sure.:?
