I think it deserves its 10 much, much more than GTAIV. The only complaints I've seen have been laughable. Pointing at the screen too long, only for the kiddies, Mario doesn't have an engaging story.. Unfortunately though with every high scoring game there are going to be (A) people that just blindly hate the game and criticize accordingly and (B) people that actually do play the game, but let their wacky tastes prevent them from admitting it's well-made. Heck I can't play Metal Gear Solid, Sins of a Solar Empire, or Metroid Prime without being utterly bored but I can still admit they're well-made games and deserve their praise.
Nobody wants to fight their girlfriend for the controller or try to pry her away from Modern Warfare.
Unless people just find gamer chicks 'sexy' but I don't see what's arousing about a girl playing WoW. Not like any girls walk around saying 'aw snap, look at that gamer guy'
North Korea will never actually start a war. They know most of their power is distributed through threats and if they started engaging in any real combat, they'd be wiped off the map in a very short time. Like someone else said, they couldn't take down South Korea, much less their American allies. Iran on the other hand... Achmajinjiaahhhed is just nuts.
