GS has always factored value into their reviews. It's nothing new for them, and they don't have to be like other gaming sites.

MGS4 for example... most sites dismissed its multiplayer aspect, since it seemed more like an 'extra' rather than being part of the actual game. GS added the multiplayer in its MGS4 review though (even though it really wasn't that good).

GS says the extra game is a significant bonus... that's enough reason for a measly .5 increase, wouldn't you guys say?

no i wouldnt say. unless extraction has a direct impact on the experience of Dead Space 2, i dont see why it should be factored. GS almost never reviews compilations of pre existing games (ie Metroid Prime Trilogy, Gow of War Collection)so I don't see how a seperate game (ie DS Extraction) should influence the score of Dead Space 2, a completely different game. The review is for Dead Space 2.

• Much less fun missions
• Much more repetitive missions
• Same old crappy plot of climbing to the top and being betrayed
• A lot of content from SA taken out

Mainly for me though it was the missions. in SA i actually found myself creating seperate save files so I could replay certain missions that I found to be really fun. Didnt have that in GTA 4.
