[QUOTE="Ragashahs"]but i think thats been resolved right? wasn't the 360 going to get a cooler CPULazy_Boy88

It was but they haven't even started using it with the Elite... would've been the perfect time so now there's probably going to be another revised 360 soon.

There's no way there are going to release another version of the 360.  They'll just start implementing the new chips when manufacturing the current versions.

It's coming to the 360.  The latest news is that its also coming to the PS3.  Not a big deal...

1) Yes, I read 300 posts on CNET.

2) Yes, I believe it is representative in as much as it outlines a trend that does not exist with the other next generation systems. 1% Wii, 2% PS3, 21% 360. If it were just the nature of CNET itself then the trend should exist for all systems.

Sheonmd

Thats a pretty poor way to judge a failure rate.  You took 100 360s and extrapolated that to the over 10 million sold around the world?   Nice work...

A:  I don't believe you read 300 posts on cnet.com.    And B:   You think 300 people on a website are a good representation of the performance of every 360 out there?

Gears, Halo3 is trying to stay too close to the Xbox versions. I think that limits what they can do artistically.

I totally agree with you man.  What overly unimpressive videos to release.  I'm sure the final graphics will look better, but are they going to look vastly better? No.      What I've seen looks like the exact same combat with a few new gadgets.  Man cannon, seriously?   I thought I was watching Halo 2, it has the same death animations.   I'm all for staying true to the series, but I expected a groundbreaking advancement when going to the brand new hardware.  This is the Xbox's flagship series and it should attempt to revolutionize console shooters.  There is still hope, but I'm worried that the greatest console shooter ever made will come to an uneventful close.

Half Life Series.  Half Life 2 is definitely my favorite. Best single player experience on any platform, period.
