[QUOTE="Flesh-eating"][QUOTE="super600"]Yeah, but you can't deny a lot of people did. ;) But why just blame popularity for the reason it got hated? When a game sells more that means more people are playing it. The more people playing it means there's a higher potential amount of people who play it, and dislike it. A game that sells 100,000 copies, and goes on to be hated by all 100,000 customers isn't going to seem as pronounced as the hatred coming from 3 million of the 25 million CoD: BO players. People give legitimate reasons for hating some games. Yes some people are fanboys, and will never stop proudly showing their ignorance, but there are still plenty of people out there who aren't like that. You make a rather good point, but I'm countering it. Let's say we have 3 million people that dislike CoD (seems a rather high number, imo). Then, I'd personally say that 1 or 2 million are trolls. 500k are the ones that "love hate" it, but don't show their supporting side for whatever reason, and 500k who really dislikes CoD and has played at least 5 - 10 hours of its MP. The last category isn't the one spamming CoD videos on YouTube or talking on game forums, they are IRL gamers that don't really care to express their opinion and simply don't like, care or talk about CoD too much.I nevrer hated halo dude so that arguement and example is invalid.

It doesn't get truer than this. Remember Halo? Around the Halo 3 times? When it was the biggest trademark in gaming, and everyone hated and loathed Halo. Now that Halo is not number one anymore, people move on to the most loved and popular. It's nature, people![QUOTE="Flesh-eating"][QUOTE="Bread_or_Decide"]They hate it because it's popular. It's not a bad series of games. Heck the quality put into the graphics and campaign is stellar and above reproach. It's just popular so people have to hate on it. Shrug. super600
