[QUOTE="Stevo_the_gamer"][QUOTE="Number_1_Gamer"]The Wii is only $30 cheaper than the X360, yet it sells almost 4X as much. If the X360 dropped from $280 to $250, to price-match the Wii, it's sales would not rise substantially. They would be somewhere in the 200-250k range, compared to 714k for the Wii :lol:Number_1_Gamer
Says a lot about the people who buy the damn thing. What's in that console which makes it worth the 250USD? Can ANYONE answer that question?
I bought a Wii because it brings a fresh gameplay experience (as opposed to the same old controls with better graphics), and lots of fun games like SMG that blow away everything the so-called "competition" has to offer.
[QUOTE="xxThyLordxx"]while Resistance 2 has 8 player co-op online and 60 players online.thrones
dude, 60 player online isnt as cool as it sounds bro. try finding 29 friends to play with that all have mics. 16 players is annoying enough as it is with people singing into mics and whatnot. 10 is the sweet spot.
Just a point on this, you can just play on a smaller map on resistance :|
[QUOTE="Amit_Raj"]there might be a free for all too in this game... each man for himself Fondness
Would that be entertaining?
Yes it would, especially if everyone had a chainsaw bayonet as their only weapon. No lancer.
What story can come out of following a group of buffed up marines who basically listened to all orders given in GeoW1 in a wartorn world against locust? My guess is basically, getting orders to go from point A to point B complete objective, then B to C for objective and so on and maybe repel an attack from major keypoints here and there. Along they way, probably locusts will gain the advantage somewhere, but in the end the Marines will do somthing that turn the tides again like the first one. It'll still be a very fun game though even if the story isn't all that deep.tmntPunchout
