Well, I'm a huge fan of both. Pet Sounds is one of the greatest albums ever. Seiously. For all of those saying "no contest" you need to check it out. Up there with Revolver, Abbey Road and St. Pepper's and, IMHO, better than any Beatles album. Which is saying a lot. However, although the Beach Boys did release some other good albums, they didn't really put out anything else that rivals the Beatles' albums post-1965. And for that reason I give my vote to the Beatles.

DC has made Watchmen and Batman. Watchmen was one of the greatest graphic novels of all time, and Batman is the ****ing Batman. Marvel has made about a hundred movies based on their characters, most of which have failed miserably. DC > MarvelRazor-Lazor

DC for all of the comics/graphic novels published by Vertigo. Preacher, Transmetroplitan, Y: The Last Man, The Sandman, Hellblazer, 100 Bullets... need I say more?

The Madcap Laughs is a beautiful record and PATGOD is my favourite Pink Floyd album.
