I forgot to mention that I would also carry a hero potion, if things happen to go bad like a close encounter with an angry bigfoot and there is nowhere to run well the hero potion is the potion for heroes to manage to survive those situations. 8)

Omega weapon is hard but i know his weakness. He dies with one hit, I use selphie's THE END limit break and he dies inmediately. I love that limit break.

And the weapon that is more underused is the first weapon for vincent valentine. This is due to the availability of better weapons for him when you manage to control him in FFVII.

The ultima weapon for cloud is cool. The coolest weapon you could have is a weapon that could always kill with one hit (preferably a energy-sword), the problem is that it would be too powerful so it is only something that you can imagine.
