The post about first person jumping puzzles was pretty hilarious and spot on.  One of the main reasons I despites Half Life.

I would not LET my kid play Gears of War until they are older.  However,  I too have fond memories of sneaking to the arcade when Mortal Kombat came out

Why don't you just buy GOOD games at the start...? Or am I missing something...?

I thought Mirrors Edge was tomorrow...

I played the demo for Banjo Kazooie:  Nuts and Bolts and I absolutely hated it.  I was thinking of buying the game so I could get the first game on Xbox Live for free, but Nuts and Bolts isn't worth it.  Looks like I will just buy some Microsoft points instead.

This isn't me getting mad about things changing...  Well I guess it kinda is...  Its just that things SHOULD change for the better.

I would give alot of 9.5's, but I can always seem to fine something NOT perfect about a game.

Games that I could give a 10 though:

Super Mario Galaxy

Silent Hill 2

Resident Evil Gamecube Remake (ignore the grenade glitch)

Killer 7

Shadow of the Colossus

This should teach you to watch them more closely next time.  I mean, it can't be to hard to miss, them opening the case and putting your game in it...

Or just don't shop there anymore, voting with your dollar and all that...

I checked for the demo a couple of days ago but I didn't see it.

Legend has it you need some sorta code for the Xbox 360 demo too.

I thought one of the primary reasons that people cited as a reason for their gaming habits was that it relieves stress :/

Bulletwitch gives you 1 achievement point for beating the game on the hardest difficulty.

I thought that was pretty funny myself...

I had this problem with Gears or War, I rented it but my Xbox 360 couldn't read the disc. I borrowed it from a friend and my Xbox 360 couldn't read the disc. I bought it used but my Xbox 360 couldn't read the disc (I returned it and got a full refund).

Finally played a brand new copy, and worked like a charm.

I guess the point of this is, I understand how you feel, and I was just wondering if it was a brand new copy or if you got it used or rented it or acquired it some other way.
