basically I haven't met any christian like that. And they are supposed to be "judged" not "forgiven". forgiveness is what jesus preached. ive met a lot. most christians dont know the first thing baout christianity, and just live life the way they want to according to the social rules of their environment

Well, maybe hes still a little childish and your sister comforts him. my sisters slept together until they moved out... but thats because we didnt have enough bedrooms.... so its really not the same

Thats what I don't get, I dont understand why an atheist cares about there life, also a christian can't do evil things with the intent of being forgiven, at least that is what I was tought. I hope Im being inquisitive as intended and not offensive.
Atheists care about life because its human nature to care about life. Your dog has no concept of god, but if he thinks youre trying to kill him, hell run away or fight you. as long as youre sincere in your desire for forgiveness wouldnt you be accepted into heaven? Lets say someone as evil as hitler is on his deathbed and now hes afraid of hell...... well you can piece the rest together. typing sucks

Beliefs do not = religion. I believe in justice, respect, friendship etc. Do I need to explain why I want to be happy? This is the only lifetime I get, so I want it to be a good one, not a bad one.
