Everyone that voted no is either very poor, or doesn't have a job yet.
When you become an adult, you realize that $50 a year on an almost unlimited amount of entertainment is a pretty sweet deal.
I've spent $300 on dinner dates, and almost just as much to take my family to six flags for one day.
And for the people that say it's free elsewhere, it's not the same thing. I'd use the same arguement when comparing PS3 price to 360. The more you pay, the more features you get. If you PS3 fanboys are so against paying more to get more, then why would you buy a PS3?

The thing is, there are not more features you get on XBL, you can play online (mostly peer to peer gaming) and download demos earlier with XBL gold (You can do this without paying on PSN)
I am an adult and i've made enough money in a year to buy lots of years of XBL gold but i see no reason to throw my money out of the window into Microsofts pocket for something i get on my PS3 & PC for free.
MS fanboys seem to think that XBL is something special, its not. You get the same on other platforms and i've even experienced less lag on PSN thus far.
