Cause a lot more people will be doing crack cocaine if it were legal and readily available. Do you need it spelled out for you? Marijuana is not the only drug, and it's nowhere near the most dangerous.

It is readily available, in fact it takes very little effort to find some (any drug), also the odds of getting caught are almost zero (how many people use drugs every year and how many get caught?).

But at least they would lose a significant (very significant) revenue stream.

Prohibition does nothing to stop the problem. It just makes it worse. Unfortunately no politician has the ***** to actually do something about it and legalize these things.Tauruslink
They would lose too many votes if they came out against the war on drugs. Remember a large portion of the population is VERY gullible (i.e. the "THINK OF THE CHILDREN" crowd).

Personally I want drugs to be legalized already. I don't want my taxes going to this junk anymore, nor do I think that drug users should be in prison.

Bulls. Knick's are not a very good team. New Jersey has a good group of players but you have to play in New Jersey....

This. You want bad officiating watch the NBA playoffs. Hell, one of their ref's got busted for influencing the scores of games to make sure he won his bet's that he made. Now that's bad.

This is not even a question. Steve Nash is one of the most overrated point guards of all time. John Stockton is probably the best PG besides Magic Johnson. Nash plays absolutely no defense and has never won a god damn thing. Not only is Stockton better than Nash, Isiah Thomas is too, among others. Seriously, I don't get it with Nash. He's mediocre at the beginning of his career, then he has 5 good years in Phoenix and people are ready to call him one of the top 5 PG's ever? Come on now, I thought longevity counted for something in the NBA I watched Stocktons teams kick the living piss out of my Lakers when I was a kid. It's hard for me to think of a tougher player I've seen, and I HATE the Jazz.-Halftime-

Nash kicked the piss out of Kobe and the Lakers for a couple years too...

I agree that Stockton is the better player but give credit where credit is due, Nash has been a fantastic player and if it weren't for some REALLY bad luck in the playoffs he would have a ring.
