Memory is basically the PSP's equivalent of hard drive space on a PC. You store your saves, music, movies, pictures, and etc. on your memory stick so the more memory, the better. Anyway, as for games, if you like shooters I'd say check out the Coded Arms games. And Armored Core: Formula Front Extreme Battle is a fun mecha game if you like that genre.
Will all the games made for download on the psp GO also be available in UMD format? because if so, then I don't care about memory, because im going to use very little music, no pictures/movies (atleast, no movies saved on the memory) and demos i don't need. Also, which game is better, Ratchet and clank size matters, or secret agent clank?
I plan on watching movies on mine as well as buy downloadable games. The first two will be Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters and Final Fantasy 7. Any game I can buy through download, I will. I would rather carry one memory card than UMD games if possible. But I like the option to play UMD games, so I will get the 3000 instead of the Go, plus the 3000 has a bigger screen. I am getting the 16GB instead of the 32GB because I am not sure I need 32GB.
Sweet, so, what are some other games I should get?
For action/RPG, I'd suggest Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles. Also hear Monster Hunter Freedom United's pretty good (very colorful and takes a really long time to finish, especially multiplayer).
Also might be good to look into getting a really large memory card. You're supposed to be able to use some sort of adapter to get up to 32gb worth of space, but I can't remember with what offhand (it's on some older threads... have to look it up).
During these slow times in gaming, I finally decided to get a psp, and want to know what are some of the better games for the psp, mostly rpgs/shooters or anything that will last me a good long time.
EDIT: Also, will the psp 3000 still be supported after the go comes out? And when I say supported, I mean, will ALL games will be released for UMD, or will some be only psp go?
