Iwish i could, but the only computer worth a damn in my house is my dad's (im 14) and for some reason he won't accept that norton is a POS, so i need some way to just be able to turn it off, then back on later, is there anyway to do that?

How do i shut norton totally off for a set amount of time? Like if i want to play a game that is really tough on your computer, i would like to stop norton from running while the game is also running to save as much power for the game as possible, how do i do this?

I have had the game for a bit, and beat it, and uninstalled it. but something went wrong with the uninstallation, i can't find anymore files forgears of war, but it says that gears of war is still installed. and now i want to install it again. but every time i try to install it, it trys to uninstall because it thinks gears of war is still installed. But the uninstallation doesn't work, so it just cancels it. What can i do?
