When The Lights Go Out In Paradise City...It Goes Out...

Don't get me wrong, I love Criterion and EA for giving us updates to Burnout paradise...but the time change one urks me to no end. Mainly because when it goes to nighttime...things get dark....WAY dark. I mean like, there's no way to go anywhere, when it's dark. HDtvs Make colors richer...which also make Blacks darker and purer. So when it goes dark in paradise city, I can't see a thing xD. I just hope for a way to turn time change off in an update. I know some others have the same issue. What do you think about it?

"When the lights go down in the City
And the sun shines on the bay
I want to be there in my City
ooh, ooh..."

Having A Banjo Of A Good Time

I just played the demo for Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and bolts... and I must say i loved it. I got worried how this game would turn out, but after playing the fun demo, I'm looking forward to the game and might preorder it.

I like the game's creativity too, you can design what you want, get creative as you want, and complete the challenges your way.

What Am I Currently Up To Now?

Well my bargain hunting posts prolly won't continue till sometime in the spring... usually in the late fall to winter, i tend to hold off on buying games. And since I've reached 1k games total in my collection, I've also tuned down my purchases a bit till I've taken care of my huge backlog of games I have yet to play.

Currently I've been Playing these games:

Xbox360:

Fable 2 - I love this game. Sure the main story is short, but that's onyl a small bit fo the game. The options for you to do, the ways to make money, and side quests are fun. I'm playing a pure hero, with three wives and lots of money. I would lvoe to see some expansions available for download. I did encounter a nasty glitch which i'll put in a spoiler box below:
During the Westcliff quest, I made it through til I ahd to talk to Mad Dog to enter the Cruicible. Well I was focused on a town villager and played the shooting game. Somehow it glitched that I couldn't unfocus off a person, time froze (wouldn't advance) and couldn't talk to Mad Dog to enter the Cruicible. so I had to reload the quest and do it from the beginning. Rather annoying little bug.
Rock Band 2 - It's officially one of my fav games i've ever played on Xbox live. The main thing left is the endless setlist 2 to play 84 songs in a row, besides the other events.

PSone:

Legend of Dragoon - pretty good rpg, that took a little bit to get into and feel for the button commands, but it's really picked up. I hope I play this to the end.

PSP:

Crisis Core: FF7 - I've only played a little bit so far, but it's pretty good. I'll get to it more eventually.

At work, I'm off Saturday and Tuesdays now. I work Sundays now. yesterday I worked outside preparing stuff for the Holiday sales from 7 am to 6:30 pm. And it was raining and cold, so I've developed a cold because of it. *shrugs* I think I'm getting better though, I heal/get well faster then most people.

Fable 2 Is Addicting

God, this game is addicting. I haven't played this much of one game in a long time.

I love the fact you can make money even while you aren't playing =P

Into the Crisis Core: Fable 2!

Well, today I did something you people haven't see me do in a while. Get news games. I got 2 today!

I traded in about 9 things to help clean up the collection, and create a good deal.

Things traded in:

Ubisoft Wii Wheel

Bubble Bobble Double Shot (NDS)

Dig Dug Digging Strike (NDS)

Monster 4x4 (Wii

Mario party 8 (wii)

All- Pro football (360)

X-men (360)

Spider-man 3 (360)

Super-man Returns (360)

And I was able to get:

Fable 2 (360) and The official guide at no cost to me. I also got Crisis Core - Final Fantasy 7 (Psp) for $24 used, but in sweet shape. So i got two new games, a guide and got to clean up a few unwanted games to boot.

Microsoft Children's Miracle Network Games Bundle

Well last year the ESA came out with the holiday bundle where proceeds went to Charity - it consisted of Cars, open Season and fusion Frenzy. This year it's the Children's Miracle Network Bundle That consists of:

Shrek the Third

Viva Pinata party animals

Sonic The Hedgehog

I think it goes without saying, I don't think the package will do as great as it did last year, as Viva Pinata PA is the only good game of the bunch.

I think I'm getting the RPG craving again....but I dunno what to play *stares at bookshelves*
