The boss at our Las Vegas Gamestop has called me and all other employees for a meeting. We walked in the backroom, on the right was the office and on the left was a small conference hall which I never went or knew existed. Some of us were all shacky and thought our days were outnumbered. Our boss took us to the hall, told us to have a sit which everyone took without any hestitation. A man came and turned of the lights and I like everyone was getting a bit jumpy. Than a projector was started stating Noember 17 and 19. Guess we all know what that means. Than he told us it would be 2 of the most busiest days of our lives. He showed us how we should deal with the masses of people and always make sure everyone follows the rule to the word to make sure law and order remains in the floor. If not...............than just like Lambert from Third Echelon would say "We are pulling you out". Than she showed in the projector where the seats, food sections would be set up and showed the number of allowed people per section so that the level of chaos doesn't go out of hand. Than he said GOOD LUCK! Than the lights went out and everyone of us were talking about this on our way out. Did I just signed my own death warrant?

Also I got GT 2 in real cheap 10$ promotion hear in Gamestop for 24hrs. COOL DEAL. The game is just awesome and it deserves more than that kind of money, even though i am not complaing:D. Also I am on the end of Company of heroes and will post my impressions after I finish it.

This is my first PS remember, so i crapped my pants 2 times already. I will film the the madness for the launch in GAMESTOP LV. Wait, i will have a hardtime than lining of the PS3 buyers, i will tell Erica to do it for me.

I have just decided that I will not keep the PS3 I pre-ordered. Instead, I will sell it in ebay and buy a whole chunk of 360 games by this year and next year. As I really dont, to be honest, cant get into the PS games, most probably because I am roots r from PC gaming. Also this year was supposed to be my computer buying year, but since I will be spending most my money on 360 games, I will buy a computer next year spring. It should be:

1: Intel Quad core CPU

2: Geforce 8800 GTX 878MB DDR4 RAM

3: 2GB RAM

4: Xi-Fi Sound card

5: gigabit ethernet port, etc.

Hopefully, I will buy PS3 next year if i see something i like. So far only MGS 4. But for me, SC heavily outweighs MGS, I prefer realism than storyline.

Microsoft was almost completemy absent in TGS 06 as it was overshadowed by Sony. M$, as the company doesn't go down as easily (pockets deepter than Marina's trench), it held it annual X06 event in Barcelona, I hate u Barcelona FC!. There it announced the most shocking announcement this year to me, Splinter Cell 5 will be exclusive to PC and xbox 360! WTF! I am a die heart fan of splinter cell series, i think its the TRUE steath action game and also the fact that i got in the series since SC 1. My question is, how can UBI do this? I know Splinter Cell series was not popular with PS gamers like xbox and pc, mostly so because PS2's hardware limitation caused it to produce a "different" scaled down version of the splinter cell game which was not appealing. Even still, there r lots of PS gamers who want SC. I am very sad to here this news as I had high hopes of playing SC and MGS on a same machine. All is not lost as there is ample amount of time since SC 5 gets released and Ubi themselves didn't officialy declare it, so there is still some sort of hope. Also it could be M$ has a time exclusive deal, if it is, lets hope its not much bigger timeframe as nobody will buy an outdated game.

Also the one with xclusive GT4 episodic content, thats BS, PS3 will also have it.

Finally world's 2nd largest (or largest) game convention is over. I was extremely hyped for TGS for PS3 news and PSP accessories like the GPS and camera. I usually meet up with the guys at 6pm everyday, but i had to cancel this meeting for 3 days for catching coverage from the show from gamespot. PS3 will be my first playstation console, so I really didn't know what to expect.

Now I know what is PS is all about. A wide variety of endless games. While the keynote was xtremely disappointing, I am on other hand very glad that this year sony had the motto "let the games do the talkin". They annouced like 20 or more new games for PS3. One of the new game is white night, the trailer was f***ing awesome. The before announced Motorstorm looks chaotic than ever. And there is Grand Turismo HD, my god, this is a true driving simulator.

Will there be any convention with MG trailer... i think not. This time was all about gameplay and it looked sick! I especially liked the laughed on the whole barrel thing which is fun and tactile. Kojima said that game will not necessarily be a stealth game, u can use stealth or an action hero if u like, which adds more replay value to an already impressive game, oh yeah the visuals look the "insert F word"ing amazing. Heavenly sword is 1 of my 3 launch titles i will buy for PS3, its looking superb than ever. The FFXIII trailer, if was running in realtime engine, it really rivals that of CGI. The new resistance trailer also showed that there is more to it than just shootem up (my 2nd ps3 launch title).

And there is so much more. I hope this winter is gonna be a blast.

I just got Company of Heroes for PC. I didn't open the box yet, but from now on, the design of the box changed from previous pc games. It now has a Windows Vista esque logo bar on top of it, which looks cooler than the boring black/white PC logo. Thanx to Gamestop, I get 20-25% discount on everything! Which means I can buy more games everymonth or save for something big. I will buy the "underdogg" game of the year, Just Cause in September 27th, it has  huge potentential, the graphics are jaw dropping. Just put GTA in a South American island and u will get Just the Cause:)

I just got the job on Gamestop!! WOOT!! They interviewed me and asked me few questions like why I wanted this job and and why they should chose me.

I told them I want this job cause i am a hardcore gamer and 2nd why they should chose me because of my knowledge in video games in all genres and also I can convince girls to buy games.

They gave me a test on a female customer. First I greeted her and asked what kind of game she was looking for. She said she likes somthing strategy games and would also prefer a historical scenery. The game? PRetty easy, the one I will buy "company oof horoes". She bought it and with it gave me the key to Gamestop Sin City.

Well partime job as I am in college. When the PSP came, it added extra expense to my wallet and when the PS3 comes, it will even more add more expense. Also the fact that I pre-ordered a lot of games for 3 systems, I am nearly blowing the hole in my pocket with BFG 9000. And 3 days after, I will get Company of Heroes which got good excellent reviews all across the web, I will play it in anticipation of C&C 3.

So Tomorrow I will headon to 2 stores, Gamestop and Bestbuy in search for a job. I am looking for something that would match my interest and so it would be fun while at the same time making money:). Just think about it if I get the job, I will be surrounded by games and the fact that I would be helping others choose the games and by providing proper guidance will also put my knowledge and persuation skills to test (HEHE oblivion), also there is a small thing about possible discount to games.

Also I could also meet new chicks on way, I hope Erica doesn't find out.

If you are a gamer or a football fan (which i am both), than summer is the worst time of the year. Not only hardly any games get released in this peroid, but also the football leagues go to sleep. The good news is its nearly over and the upcoming Tokyo Game Show will really spice things up in the industry. I am hoping to get juicy details and finishing touches of Sony for PS3. I would really like to see an actual production level blue-ray game disc and box, i heard it would be in a semi translucent black ir blue.

As for PSP, I am looking forward for the GPS and camera, espicially how the GPS will serve in gaming

With all the recent bad infor coming out for PS3, it really didn't affect any of my plans of getting the PS3. I think PS3 is 1 heck of a multimedia powerhouse device when u see it. First thing i wana do is to rip some DVDs onto the PS3 hard disk and also some music from my PC. While i am away to Europe, I will keep my PS3 on and access my multimedia content through the PSP. One of the reasons I am so confident of PS3 is because of PSP, i simply luv it, DS is worthless without any games, PSP is not forcing people to buy games, and later this year camera and gps will truely open new doors for more PSP democratic. Also atleast PSP's graphics is comparible to last gen PS2, where as DS's graphics comparison does not even exist, DS is a kids play.
