Should check to see if all your fans are working and you can use this to check your temps.

How long do you run your computer for and are you doing anything intensive?

My laptop does the same thing when it's been on for a long time. :P Overheats and then shuts off.

Funnily enough, the TPQ-1000 has the same 12V output as the 850TX :?

@the macbook vs. netbook dispute. gee here's an idea. how about a normal laptop. it does all those things that a macbook does for about $700 cheaper. Chrnocide

Dunno what's the deal with Macs. Friend told me the OS can't really be bothered by viruses. All you really gotta do is take caution with what you do on the internet. IMO, I don't think it's worth the extra couple hundred dollars for just the OS :P
