about a month ago the game director promised ff13 will come out by the end of they year but followed up with sometimes promises are broken and if that is the case a demo will come out for surexxgunslingerxx
I read an article from the dev that said they *might* have a demo out in 08. I'll see if I can find it.
Yeah. $60 is too expensive. That's why I almost never buy brand new games. But even older games are still $60 now. For example. I was at best buy and they still wanted $60 for gears. Even the platinum hits are the same price as games were last gen (30-40$).
I used to always buy my games and now I almost always rent them.
Mr. Final Fantasy Union and you haven't played LO?
Go get it man! its fun! you will like!!
I do wish however that there was more stuff to buy for my characters like armor, helmets, gloves, etc...

You know, I kind of thought that too. But then I realized that this game is more about what skills you have learned and not really about the weapons you bought. Which I think is cool. Every area requires a different set of skills and it can be a bit challenging to make sure everyone has learned and equiped what they need. I also like how you can switch acc and rings on the fly without a loss of a turn.
It's fantastic. Characters are great, story is great, dreams are great, graphics are great, turn based combat isn't so bad, i hate random battles, voice acting is terrific.
You'll definitely want the Aqua spell. It makes this fight easier and besides that it's just good to have in general. Run around the areas before the boss and fight enemies until Kaim and Seth have learned Anti-Paralysis from the Yellow Band and then give it to Jansen. Don't forget to put Anti-Paralysis into one of their skill slots! Equip Aqua rings on Kaim and Seth and have them attack the worms. Have Jansen cast Aqua spells. Ignore the bugs, focus on the worms. Worked for me anyway.Bane_v2
I knocked out a couple of bugs first so the worm couldn't fill his power meter as fast. That helped me a lot. I didn't kill all the bugs, just two or three are enough to stunt his power bar.
you'd have to backtrack a bit. It's in a chest back at the mine part where you climb up and down the ladders. It's all the way on the left up on a ledge if memory serves me.
