Recently my laptop's been making a strange fizzing noise when it's processing something. And I'm worried it'll break down sooner or later. I do have another computer. But it's a Win98. And it doesn't have the software run the e-drive (USB device). So I'm wondering if you guys know any good software that enables a computer to run an edrive that I could install on my 98?

I need this sort of software to link myprevious broadband modem to the 98.
