[QUOTE="_IronManDude_"]EDIT THAT NOW OR YOU'LL GET MODDED!!! TAKE OUT 4-WORD!!!SpidersRMe

If you quote something inappropriate, your comment will also be removed.

And you'll get modded for typing in all caps. It's "disruptive".

Really? I guess the forums are pretty strict. Not necessarily a bad thing, just seems a bit excessive.

[QUOTE="_IronManDude_"] You must be kidding. Although, I guess 3 guys 1 hammer... Enlighten me on the horrors of the internet, as much as you can without getting modded. I'd do it for you :)_IronManDude_

See, there's that innate fascination with morbid things I was talking about ;)

As guynamedbilly said, you spend enough time walking through a cow pasture, you're bound to step in some manure. There's a fine line between the harmless morbid stuff you'll see on sites like rotten.com and the seriously psychotic stuff that makes you question humanity.

I didn't know that 4word was so awful. I've been there plenty of times before, and I didn't see anything like that.

I don't even know what 4word is, I've never been there.

A lot of people have an innate fascination with morbid stuff like that. If the worst thing you've seen on the internet is a rotting baby, then consider yourself lucky. There's stuff floating around on the internet that...well it isn't something you'd want to see. :( Some seriously demented people in this world.

The movie "Outbreak". I had nightmares for weeks after seeing that movie. Monkeys and contagious diseases don't mix.

I doubt it has anything to do with your specific hardware. It's got to be a network latency problem. I don't know much about networking, so I can't help with that :( There's probably somebody here that does though.

[QUOTE="RJay123"]

they can kill you. you have no control over what happens

RJay123

A lot of things can kill you, but does that stop you from doing them? Riding in a car can kill you, you have no control over the car or other cars on the road, but does that stop you from riding in one? I hope not. I actually feel a bit safer riding in a rollercoaster than a car.

I disagree. You have control over a car. You can take a safer backway route with less cars that takes longer rather than the freeway. You can take precautions such as leaving 3 car spaces in front of you. Move to the next lane when someone tailgates you. Don't drive on New Years Eve. I feel safer in a car where I can control my route and when I want to move and stop, rather than a roller coaster which never stops no matter if something is going wrong.

I meant riding in a car as a passenger. But even if you are the driver, there's still a good chance that something can go wrong no matter what precautions you take. On a rollercoaster you don't have to worry about drunk drivers or people talking on the cell-phone or other things like you do in a car. Most rollercoasters undergo regular maintenance and checkups, they're designed with safety in mind. I can understand your fear though, a lot of people are afraid of rollercoasters it's not a big deal.
