Blowing into the sensor did indeed provide temporary fix. I have now used a lint roller on the mouse pad and haven't had the issue since. Go figure the simplest thing.. Thanks guys.

Hello Hardware Discussion. I'm having issues with my RAT 5 gaming mouse. Occasionally I will lose horizontal movement for several seconds, and by occasionally i mean several times an hour. As you can imagine this is extremely detremental to gaming. I've opened a support ticket with the developer of this mouse but that was last friday and have still not gotten a response. I figured while I'm waiting for that I can see if you guys would have any idea or pointers on how to troubleshoot this problem.

So I bought this older game to tide me over a little til max payne 3.

I bought the game on Amazon, and it doesn't work. It telle me to insert the disc. The game came in original packaging, it had 2 discs, and while the installation went through fine it won't start the game at all because of a "Wrong disc inserted" error.

I can't go to the forums for the game because I can't find them.... Any help guys?

...And i can't watch anything with it, WMP doesnt work, VLC doesnt work, WMP Classic doesnt work, i've tried tons of codecs, i've tried Powerlink PowerDVD but it says the trial version can't watch bluyrays. I'm running out of Ideas here...

Is there anyway to watch Bluyrays without buying 3rd party software?

If you don't mind me asking what software would you use to do that? Granted I can just google dvd ripping, but there are a lot of products, and if someone can tell me which one is preferable I'd appreciate it.

Recently got some DVDs from amazon and would like to be able to quickly jump to the actual videos rather than going through the menus, is there anyway to do this?

Well this is what I have right now: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103471 I already have an AM3 MOBO sitting in my closet along with 8 Gigs of DDR3 RAM, AllI need to complete my upgrade is a AM3 CPU. So I could get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103808 Or Any of the ones above, it seems the x4 955 is the best choice from what you guys say. I'll give it a week and purchase it then unless anyone here thinks there is a better choice. Thanks for the help!

Which one is better? Specifically for games and for durability, I'd like to keep it for a while.

I will be keeping the case. :) Anyway does anyone have ANY suggestions for a PSU? I would prefer 150-170 range and 1000 watts. I found one on Newegg but its modular and im not sure if they are any good.
