I still use ethernet. Wireless especially G or B is garbage. Call me old fashioned, but wires have never bothered me, and they are easy to hide. 

the only things I've ever seen locked up at Best buy are Ipods and other expensive tiny MP3 players and such.....and that's usually behind a cage like thing...Omni-Slash

and the stores almost always have the same set-up.

The only reason the Elite was created was for casuals or people fairly new to the gaming scene. See it is kinda of like psychological warfare, if I new to the gaming scene and didn't know the technical mumbo jumbo. What would I select ? An Xbox 360 Elite, with a 120 GB harddrive. Or a PS3 with only 60gb harddrive for 119 dollars more ? It kinda undermines the PS3. Only because people talk of the PS3 accompanied by harddrrive size. In the real world. That means parents, grandparents, casuals, prospective new buyers, etc...

Tell that to most people buying Ipods. It's marketing... and actually selecting a good hamburger/cheeseburger can be an involving process. Do I go for flame broiled ? Do I want real meat ? Poundage ? Cheese ? Pickles ? Tomatoes ? What kind of bun... sour dough, white bread, sesame seeds ? Do I settle for the boca burger ?

The DS Lite was a simple cosmetic change. It did't change in price and it didn't have features that made you feel like you now have an outdated version.

Compare the screens of the two. It feels like a completely different machine if you go back to a DS PHAT. The lite's screen is bigger and brighter.

I hate to say it but that would be pretty sweet. Bring back all the old consoles, and fill up on VC games.
