Still, I personally thought the graphics for this game look better than Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4.

yeah i think graphics wise it looks amazing.. i'm a tiny wittle bit disappointed they said its not better than gears of war graphics
but thats something i can let go :THere's a food for thought:
Gears of War was in development the same time as the Unreal Engine 3.0. When they first unveiled the UE3 many years ago, they used the same technical "monsters" seen in Gears of War (aka the aliens).
The game has been in development for over 5 years. Meanwhile, Killzone PS3 is roughly 2.5 years. It WILL be as good :D

True not final build X_x but i don't want it to be WILL BE AS GOOD
i want it to be.. WILL BE SO MUCH BETTER :oTrue. However, this is only ALPHA build (or maybe it's still pre-alpha build). Either way, they need to go to BETA build then FINAL build. So it can DEFINITELY look better. Remember it took Gears of War 5 YEARS to make at least.
A word of precaution, don't expect tooooo much out of it. If your expectation are too high, it will exceed the game and make you dislike it. I'm not saying not to expect great things, I'm saying don't... for lack of better term, overhype it. Mmkay :) But yeah, I believe it will own.
