A great way for Sony to sell the same old PS3 games to me again. This has become an all to common trend for Sony - sell the same old games over and over again. There's no way that I'm going to stick a PS3 disk into my PS4 and for magical streaming to occur. Call me a skeptic.
GTA3 not only created a whole new style of game play - but IMHO it was the primary reason for Sony's huge lead in the last gen with the PS2. Before this game came out - if you think back - the PS2 had NOTHING. My DC was getting a *lot* of gameplay and games, the graphics on the PS2 had problems (with aliasing, etcetera) and there was no network adaptor built in. Sales were also - sluggish. GTAIII came out - and shortly thereafter, PS2 sales soared, and the DC was all but dead. I honestly believe that if GTAIII had come out for the DC - Sega would still be in the hardware business right now. GTAIII changed the face of the console industry, very deserving of this.
Absolutely. The Vista version looks amazing. I've got my media PC hooked up to my 42" 1080p flatscreen via HDMI and connected to my 5.1 surround sound system. I have my wireless xbox 360 controller hooked up to the PC via the wireless 360 add-on. So I can sit on my big fat couch with the wireless headset on and frag to my hearts delight. I know that MS takes a lot of flak, but I love what they're doing with the PC/Xbox 360.
