Well knack is made up of thousands of particles that cast shadows and have reflections (which are probably somewhat faked reflections) and the frames drop when knack uses special abilities. Neither this or dead rising 3 are signs that the consoles are already maxed out, but more of a showcase of how old last gen console are.

I know the game isn't well received, but the customization is as in depth as armored core and the actual competitive battles require pure teamwork to win.

Why do ignrorant journalist always claim that killing people in gta still give you points. It's not the 80's anymore.

Consoles are just there so the average consumer can get a machine that will be able to run any game they buy because it's made for that machine specifically.  What the industry says is next gen for us is next gen whether we like it, or not.  Also battlefield is a game made for current gen consoles along with next gen, primarily optimized for pc's, and is probably not making full use of any console because of it.  All first in next gen games can appear underwhelming, or last gen because they are, in a sense, last gen.

Prepubecent games.  Shadow of the Dog I Need Help Finding.  I have a hard time believing that kickstarters are even necessary.  Do publishers ask them to do one as a publicity stunt before throwing more cash their way?

Higher framerate isn't next gen. Better gameplay, graphics, and stability is.  Any console can run a game at 60 fps if that's the developers focus and devs usually tend to focus on a stable 30 fps for their games regardless of how capable the machine running it is.

After seeing how large the single player jungle map was and how much foliage populated the forest I think it's a good tradeoff and they still have 3 months to polish it up.

Hoping for FFXV game details to see if they still have the world map character, character switching, and to see how the characters interact with each other.  The Last Guardian should of had an update by now honestly even without a release date.
