in Skyrimprefx.ini file change iShadowMapResolutionSecondary=4096 iShadowMapResolutionPrimary=4096 iShadowMapResolution=4096 to fix the shadow issues. if you got lower res ,blocky textures this tweak for you.

There are couple of .ini tweaks add this lines to to Skyrim.ini in my document/my games folder it goes under display entity [MapMenu] fMapWorldYawRange=3600.0000 fMapWorldCursorMoveArea=0.9000 fMapWorldZoomSpeed=1 fMapLookMouseSpeed=3.0000 fMapMoveKeyboardSpeed=0.0500 fMapZoomMouseSpeed=9.0000

Moders can't actually make nice mods without Creation Kit so wait up people till it is released. do you remember the so many awesome mods for Oblivion so those mods were made using Oblivion Construction kit. just like there is a CK for Skyrim and that's known as Creation Kit derived from its Engine's name.
