I love the use of colour in this game. Which seems like an odd thing to compliment a game on but what do you expect when every other game is brown or black?
I just hope there's a lot to do on each planet. Exploration is fine, shooting is fine but I'd like to be able to do some stuff with the planets I discover.
I hope I'm not alone in this but I'm already sick of protagonists who look like regular douchebags I see every day at work, at college and elsewhere. New Dante, this guy, the protagonist of Infamous: Second Son ... why would I want to play any of these headphone-wearing, skinny jeans-clad, wannabe-teenagers with douchey hairstyles?
Give me something and someone interesting to play as. Not someone typical.
Little tip for Capcom; when you can choose which edition of the game you want your latest version to play like, you have too many different editions of that game.
Honestly, Dark Souls II doesn't need this. It's still the second best game of this console generation (after the first game), regardless of the graphics, which are still excellent. People who criticise a game for having bad graphics in 2014 should be forced to play Atari 2600 games for the rest of their lives.
