@JIMDOG4442002: Most online shooters have some type of marking system now. The Last of us multiplayer has it. Metal Gear Online has it.

Battlefront is not like Battlefield, instead it just feels like a generic shooter with a Star Wars skin. I was stunned at how simple the gameplay is considering that this a Triple-A multiplayer game. There are so many features missing. Can't mark or tag enemies, which is joke on huge maps. The Spawn system is a mess, you either spawn on your squadmate (which consists of only one other player) or you spawn all the way back from the objective. There are no classes with their own unique gadgets or skillsets. Overall, there's just very little emphasis given on team play. You're basically expected to just blindly rush the objective and shoot any enemies in the way. So basically, they took away everything that made Battlefield so detailed and fun to play, and released a "safe" vanilla shooter that will simply sell just because it has the Star Wars logo on it.

Burnout Paradise was one of the first games I played on PS3 and it was amazing. Nice graphics, gameplay and a huge open world to drive in. Hopefully they make a spiritual sequel to that.

That compass you use to find your target isn't a new concept. It's been in the AC Multiplayer since Brotherhood. Same with using firecrackers to distract/scare enemies out of cover. The combat and assassination animations look like they've been lifted out of ACIV. Doesn't like they bothered with many innovations for this game.

While good for a few laughs, I never really understood the point of this show. By highlighting the troll comments, even for satirical reasons, all it did was encourage people to post even more troll comments in order for a chance to appear on the show. Rule number one of every comment board is always to never feed the troll and that's exactly what this show did. That being said, this was a pretty horrible sendoff. I wish Johnny had just taken a couple of minutes and vented fully. With his other show being cancelled as well, I wonder if he's no longer employed by GameSpot.

@Swaghard I feel the same. It feels like the show just hasn't been as hard-hitting since then. The comments featured on this show before used to be ridiculous to the point where they made me roll my eyes and laugh. Now the comments featured are much more politically correct. You have your typical haters and fanboys. But no comments that are truly out of left field are featured anymore.

Wait, so this review is for PS3, PS4, PC and Xbox 360? Where is the Xbox One review?

@mcrawf21 Think of this like a stale chocolate cake. While it may taste similar to a fresh cake, it has that lack of freshness.
