...they are charging for the FULL version. You download a free version that only has about 25% of the parts the version they are selling has.

im not sure it will go down the same path. An expansion for spore wouldn't quite be the same as a sims expansion. First of all, the sims only had people that u couldn't really customize all that much...I mean a person is only so unique. Spore has creatures that users can spends weeks making and still not scratch the surface of what is possible. On top of that, they can also make their own vehicles, city buildings, spacecraft, and even music. And it is all viewable and downloadable. So in a way, the users are making their own expansions amongst each other.

It already offers so much, so what would an expansion contain? A new stove and some new dresses for your creatures to use? They may contain the same small things like new body/building parts, but unlike in Sims, if u got a new shirt...a shirt is a shirt, no matter how you wear it. In Spore, new parts that can be tweaked and shared seem to be a lot more versatile.

I don't think I'll be picking this game up. I mean it looks really fun and all, it looks pretty awesome, but I can't appreciate anything without life-like, realer than real graphics.GreatDarkKnight

...which means you're probably in middle school. Young kids seem to think graphics make a game good....wait, correction...young kids AND console gamers. If you are older you are not a true gamer, and should be booed off these forums.

^^ Some what you say might be true.. But thats for every game. take cod 4 instance if your on a bad team you will get span camped , and you wont be able enjoy the game at all. maden2004

Why do people dislike the hype that surrounds the game? "It's disgusting." What, does the hype come into your house and **** all over your carpet, piss in your cereal bowl and leave cursing for you to hate it that much? Just ignore it and make up your own mind when the game comes out on PC. Seems to me people are soooo not wanting to be part of the "sheep-pack" that they'll say anything to distance themselves from people that are genuinly happy about the fact that a highly anticipated game has arrived. Party poopers... No offence.
