I want a good singleplayer experience and they are both 30 bones on steam.

What do you recommend?

pman819

i didnt like doom 3, the game graphics may be nice the envourment is cool but the gameplay is boring, always the same thing, repeating itself and lots of other annoying things, bioshock is more fun to play imo u can get skills and got more interactive items, tho i wouldnt say bioshock is a great game as well its descent.

I'd also like to take that a step further and say Adventure games require developers thinking and being creative, being clever, being funny. Ans sadly we have very little of that in the industry and what we have is destroyed by the big publishers making modern warfare shooter 16. But when people buy then it's hard to blame them, it will bite them on the ass though.nutcrackr

this is a good point, but if what you are saying is true it means that there is no demand for this genre anymore.

does anyone know a good new adventure\quest genre games? like indiana jones and the fate of atlantis? and all the lucasarts classics? in a newer version? stuff like simon the sorcerrer and goblins, it seems like this genre someday stopped, there were so many back then and nowadays i rarely see any.

Meh, I really love ME just as much as the next guy but I can't help but feel that it is starting to become fairly overrated.

dont know about overrated it still has flaws, each gamer with his opinion, imo its one of the best i've seen lately.

it also provides one of the things which makes an awesome game: u can replay as other class, see other content or play differently, genius.

amazing game, such a great experience, i've been playing pc games for so long and this game really cought me, theres only one problem with it imo, problem is that theres so much content in this game u wont see or even know exists if u follow the main quest, they should somehow linked side content to the main story.
