no one can control what others will say, im not stating that what is being stated in return is ok but i am stating that your analogy of these 2 points are completely different things...
no one is doing anything to any one to inflict pain by posting their opinion on here...
but stating that one is ok over the other due to the same issues that you are against: "insults & hatred"
Sega, please sell the Aliens IP to some other publisher more deserving...
obviously you have no interest in actually making an Aliens game true to the franchise & are only looking to put the entire concept on the shelf after making more flops like this one...
this is your own fault in using poor ideas that have nothing to do with the franchise & poor management of the game...
they already stated that Arma 3 was going to be a Steam Exclusive...
so it makes sense that they were dropped...
Minecraft has yet to come out on PS3...its an Xbox exclusive...
im personally not that worried about missing out on it, i have a computer if i really was interested in checking it out...
Burnout series, you dont really see anymore...
Need For Speed is also dying out...
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series is not a console game, ive only seen it on PC, so im not surprised that that is dropped...
Angry Birds, who cares...
i am however surprised that Trine developers are dropped...
that is the only developer that im surprised that is not continuing with them anymore...
the smaller list is better...
less filler titles...
& more substantial hits...
not saying that some of the ones not included didnt have hits but alot were for PC & have yet to be seen on console which i dont see happening anytime soon, they are fairly older...
ive seen more RPGs lately put in the female option so that their is choice..
it really comes down to what you like to play....
ill admit that shooters are very stereotypical shooter games that are very much testosterone infused...
i get that not all games have both genders but there are also games that dont always have the male gender either, or games that have the crazy overly, buff overly testosterone guy that is sexualized...cause lets face it...females feel objectified when their bodies are grossly exaggerated, but when males are, its ok...
i dont know many males that concern themselves with this...
i overlook & dont nit pick when a male is, in spandex or is all roided out & is grossly exaggerated as a stereotypical male...
im more concerned with having fun....
just like when i have played female lead roles in games, it didnt bother me that it was a female lead role that i was playing...
i was more concerned in what kind of fun i was having...
im not against the idea of more strong females in games...
i just think that its baby steps...
just like every change, there isnt a change that happens right away, it wont happen...
it will progress slowly...
& from what i can see, its progressing more & more from what it use to be...
