2 words. Voice Chat.. The PS3 version was good in terms of gameplay but a FPS without voice chat is a loss for me.. And besides it didnt flop, it actually scored a 8.5 here on gamespot

It would be nice, but With the Wii out there, and even the PS3 has Time Crisis, there really is no point for Microsft to even worry abuot that category at this point.

No I dont meant to make it only compatible with one game like time crisis.. im talking about making it compatible with ALL shooters.. the Halos, COD and Gears of the world.. That would be awesome

I use to own UT3 for the PS3 and it was garbage and one reason it was, NO VOICE chat!! Literally like the voice chat didnt work whatsoever in that game for the PS3 so as a result I traded it in and decided to wait out for the 360 version, now that the 360 version is around the corner I will definatley be picking it up due to universal voice chat, anyone else plan on getting this for the 360 once it hits?! Its a good game, I just hated it on the PS3 because the voice chat didnt work at all but I know the 360 version will be sweet

Microsoft is so far the best company when it comes to 1st party accesories for the console.. The wireless adapter works great, the wireless headset works great I even like the wireless wheel and think it works great.. The only thing its missing is a Gun type controller for games like COD4,Halo 3,Gears etc.. God that would be so awesome, the only problem is I just dont know they could make it and have it work really good and practical.. for FPS games it wouldnt be that hard but for Gears it would be tricky with the cover system at all.. I just wish they would have something to that extent, i hope they announce something at E3 like that.. it would Add SO much more to shooters.

While it looks great i wouldnt go that far.. There are other more innovative games this year.. Spore,Little big planet and MGS4 all have great potential for GOTY..

I do admit i was quick to judge Gears 2. I just saw the other gameplay vid a few mins ago with the devs actually talking and I must say it looks great. The way you can shoot the sandbags and watch sand pour out is awesome, I also loved the new curb stomp where you can kick them over and curb stomp them face first, the new crawling feature is cool when your down, I absolutly loved the part where marcus placed 2 bombs on this rock thing and shot at them when a enemy was coming and it blew up, the flame thrower looks awesome but I do admit it has Noob weapon all over it. That first multiplayer gameplay video with the horrible quality was awful, that other one with commentary was great and I am once again hyped for this game!! :D

It looks a lot more violent also, I do admit that I was wrong in my other thread, im very hyped about this game now and I think it really does bring a lot to the table. It was crazy how they said they want to make the flame look even more realistic, I thought it looked great in that vid

i have another question halojim: why would you only start to worry about the game's graphics after watching this interview when the game's single player was already shown well over a month ago? did you expect the muiplayer mode to have better graphics?

the single player gameplay video of gears looks great, and yes i have only 1690 gamerscore, i work full time and i dont play games for acheivments. I mostly just play online COD4, Gears halo 3 etc. Gears 2 doesnt look bad just a bit disappointing imo

as i said in the message i sent you on live, Gears single player was boring imo, im a huge multiplayer gamer.. The only game ive beaten since Halo 3 has been Metal Gear 4, i dont like single player games.. Same goes for resistance, I didnt like the single player in resistance either
